Layout options with a full written specification and a fixed price against each, so you can see exactly what drives the cost.

Contract & ordering
Fixed price signed and start date locked. Materials are ordered and checked in before we book your slot, so nothing stalls mid-job.

Strip-out & first fix
Dust screens up, floors protected. Old suite removed, pipework and cabling reconfigured, walls made good and waterproofing applied.

Tiling & second fix
Tiling, sanitaryware, brassware, screens and lighting. Everything commissioned and tested as it goes in, not at the end.

Snag, clean & handover
We snag it before you do. Full clean, a walkthrough, and all certificates and warranties handed over in one folder.
