• All quotes are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise.
• Quotes are based on the information provided and may be revised if scope, materials, or access changes.
• Prices may be subject to VAT, depending on business status.

4. Bookings and Deposits
• A deposit may be required to secure your booking.
• Start dates are only confirmed once a deposit is received.
• Cancellations with less than 48 hours’ notice may result in a charge.

5. Customer Responsibilities

• Ensure the space is safe and free from obstruction.
• Inform us of any plumbing, electrical, or structural issues in advance.

We will:
• Carry out work with reasonable skill and care.
• Use suitable materials agreed upon with you.
• Minimise disruption and leave the work area tidy.

7. Payments

8. Cancellations and Refunds

9. Workmanship Guarantee
We offer a 24 month workmanship guarantee on all tiling jobs. This covers issues caused by installation faults, not damage from misuse, wear and tear, or third-party interference.

• We are not liable for damage caused by poor existing conditions or hidden defects.
• We will not be responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control (e.g. weather, material delays, illness).
